Good morning, the most of us use liquid foundation but I can not find on the internet a foundation routine for powderfoundation. After trying and experimentation, I found the correct routine for me. Maybe also for you?
I use the powder foundation from M.A.C. cosmetics in shades NC 45 and NC 50. This product is definitely not a lowbudget product, but if you buy it it's an asset and compared with a lowbudget powder its still much cheaper because you can use it for a very long time. I'll be sure six months to one year. I do not wear make-up every day .
Do you have another way of applying powderfoundation? Please leave a comment below the blogpost.
Greetings Paula

M.A.C. studio fix
What do you need for this routine ?
- A faceprimer
- MAC Studio Fix powder foundation
- Concealer (MAC ProLongwear , nc 50 )
- Loose powder - setting powder (Sacha cosmetics Buttercup)
Method
- Always make sure your face is cleansed thoroughly with facewash, toner and/or cleansingmilk. Possibly massage in a serum on your skin.
- Then use a good moisturizer (day cream or facial gel) that is tailored to your skin. Soak up the cream well into your skin. Plus Minus 5 minutes before you use the following product.
- Then put a primer on your face. Allow the primer to 10 minutes on your skin soak for best results.
- Lubricate concealer under the eyes and pat it throbbing under your eyes to the desired result.
- With a triangle sponge, beauty blender or a settingpowderbrush you apply the setting powder over the concealer.
- Wipe with the brush the settingpowder gently so that the excess powder is gone.
- With a large dancing fluffy powderbrush you bring the powderfoundation on your face except under the eyes. Be alert for powdering the area around the hairline. This should also be included because otherwise you've got color differences in that area.
- Fix your face with a fixing- or makeupspray and you're ready to apply color.
