Vegetarian dish: white cabbage with carrot and leek

Goodmorning, today a tasty stir-fry dish that I always make at home. This vegetable dish we often eat with white rice in combination with a fried fish or chicken. 4. Cut the leek into thin rings and wash them.
  5. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices

  7. Fried first the onions until they are deep brown. Do not burn it because you will taste in the vegetables.
  8. Then add the garlic.

  10. Also put the pinch at trassie inside.

Eat the stir-fry vegetable with white rice and fried fish, chicken or meat OR if you want to do it completely vegetarian then eat it with fried bean curd (tofu) and tempeh.
