Foundation for dark skin here in Holland was in the past a big issue to get it, because the mainstream brands only had fair skin foundation. Only in the last few years it has been on the rise. The lowbudget brands Catrice , Essence, Miss Sporty , NYC, and ELF have, I still think, no products for dark skin. I am a lowbudget lover so I find it very regrettable. Perhaps it will come later, but I'm afraid not ..... I keep hoping. Below I will show you some products and brands who have foundations for the dark skin in the Netherlands.
When buying foundation, concealer or powder you should be careful if they connect to your skin color, skin type ( normal, oily or combination skin ) and skin tone (yellow, red or neutral) because you do not want to walk outside as Pierrot ...
At the following shops I bought my foundations. I must also mention that certain foundations must be mixed because they are too dark or too bright
Maybelline has several types of foundations and the darkest colors is good for a dark skin but still be carefull because it can make your face looking gray.

Ici Paris XL is a webshop whos selling BE Creative cosmetics. Their Foundations are in different kinds of teints and it's a little bit lowbudget.Maybelline
Maybelline has several types of foundations and the darkest colors is good for a dark skin but still be carefull because it can make your face looking gray.

From the L'Oreal collection I've got the True Match in the darkest color but since 2 months they came out with a darker foundation. I've been waiting for so long and now I'm very happy. I love this foundation but a bit to dark for me. The color named Cappuccino.L.A. Girl Pro
